Join the Bioinformatics in Food Science Symposium to explore how bioinformatics and data science, including AI technologies, are transforming the science behind our food, from microbes in food fermentation and sustainable agriculture to advancements in human health! The symposium will be held on February 24, 2025, at the Omnia Auditorium on Wageningen Campus. It will run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, followed by bites and drinks.
