Last week, the MiCRop Consortium came together in Amsterdam to follow a workshop on Unconcious Bias. The aim was to discover own bias that we encounter every day, and how to create a working environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and included.

The second part of the day was aimed at getting to know each other better in a more informal setting: during a poker competition.

We hope everyone had a good day and will be able to use some new-learned knowledge in their work in the future!
